Kristi Patrice Carter, JD

Founder | Legal Marketing Strategist | Content Consultant

 Kristi brings more than 20 years of experience in blending law, marketing, and storytelling. As a graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law (J.D.) and the University of Illinois at Chicago (B.A.), she leads KPC Marketing with a focus on creating ethical and effective content and strategy.

As a fractional CMO and trusted advisor, she has led hundreds of successful campaigns for law firms nationwide. Her work has been featured in Forbes, Above the Law, and CareerBuilder, among others. Kristi is also a best-selling author of 13 self-published books and a committed nonprofit leader through Equine Eyes.

Outside of work, Kristi is a wife, a mother of three adult children, and an animal lover who shares her home with two dogs and two horses.

Taylor Lake

Taylor holds a J.D. from the University of Oregon and is a member of both the California and Washington State Bar Associations. With over 25 years of experience in legal practice, both in-house and international, Taylor offers a profound understanding of business, compliance, and legal operations.

He currently works as a consultant and content strategist, providing expertise to firms nationwide as a writer and subject matter expert on law, government contracts, and legal technology.

Allegra Abramson

Senior Legal Content Specialist

An attorney admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, Allegra holds a J.D. from Temple University and an M.Ed. from Johns Hopkins University. Her legal focus includes compliance, ethics, and public health regulation, with writing that examines the impact of law on policy and vulnerable communities.

She also brings experience from the nonprofit and education sectors and leads KPC’s editorial voice with clarity, depth, and precision.
